We run our own import service from Thailand alongside the plants held in the Montréal shop, which is how we can offer a selection this varied — rare aroids in particular: Anthurium, Philodendron, Alocasia, Hoya, Begonia and Syngonium.

Every order is sent with insulation and heat pads so the plant travels safe. We guarantee that all our products are shipped in perfect condition, in line with our quality and safety standards.

Shipping costs, delivery times and any restrictions are shown at checkout. We make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframes, though we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or other circumstances outside our control.

All purchases are final: we do not accept returns or refunds. If something exceptional has happened with your order, contact us and we will look for a solution together.

Yes. Every price shown on the site already includes taxes, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Yes — alongside the Official Store in Montréal, we have Marilyn Collection in Bécancour and Marie Andrée Collection in Alma.

Some leaf loss and a little droop after transit are normal. Give it bright indirect light, ordinary room temperature and no feeding for the first fortnight. If you see soft brown stems at soil level or a sour smell from the pot, send us a photograph and we will help.
